Measham Medical Unit offers a well run and efficient travel service
to all of its patients. A large proportion of these patients are
families with young children, travelling overseas for their annual
holidays, students backpacking during the summer holidays or taking gap
years, and professionals travelling for business purposes.
Measham Medical Unit is a designated yellow fever Vaccination Centre and has been authorised by NaTHNaC (as the regulatory body for England, Wales and Northern Ireland), to administer yellow fever vaccine in accordance with International Health Regulations (2005).
If you are a multiple destination long haul traveller please allow 10
weeks before your departure date, as organising vaccine schedules can be
long and complicated.
For all other travel we require at least 6 weeks' notice. Please ring
our Travel line 01530 279672 and leave a message if your travel date is
less than 6 weeks.
Please complete an individual questionnaire for each person travelling
(including children and babies).
You can send us your information either:
1. Via our secure online form HERE
or
2. Open and print a copy of the questionnaire downloadable HERE and return it to Measham Medical Unit either by post or in person.
Charges are applicable for Immunisation against Yellow fever, Japanese
Encephalitis, Rabies, etc and also anti- Malarial tablets.
Our Travel administrator will contact you regarding your appointment
with one of our Health Sisters and at the same time she will advise you
on your immunisation requirements.
