The map below shows the catchment area for our surgery. If you wish to register with us, please collect a pack from the surgery (Measham or Appleby) for each person wishing to register. Until we receive the completed details from this pack, you cannot be regarded as properly registered with us. We advise you to stay with the doctor you have chosen wherever possible for a particular problem.
There are nine Partners at the Unit. You may see any of them, but please remember that some of them do not work full-time so you may have to wait longer for an appointment. We advise you to stay with the doctor you have chosen wherever possible for a particular problem otherwise you may spend too much time going over old ground with each new doctor!

At the Medical Unit disabled access is provided by ramps to the front
and rear doors of the Unit. The front doors open automatically. A
disabled parking space is provided at the nearest position to these
doors. Companions of patients with limited mobility can collect a
wheelchair from the entrance of the Unit to help the patient into the
surgery. The enquiries hatch has audio assistance for patients who are
hard of hearing. There is a disabled toilet, though not quite up to the
latest standards. At the bottom of our car park the local council
provide another disabled toilet.
Appleby Surgery does not at the moment offer disabled access, so
patients with mobility problems are advised not to make appointments at
this small branch surgery.
