Medical Records

All the medical information we have about you is confidential. We are not allowed to share it with anyone – not even your family without your permission. All our staff that has access to your records is bound by Data Protection law to protect that confidentiality.

There is a standard charge if you want a copy of your medical records. If you would like a copy of your medical records then please make this request in writing to the Practice Manager. We will endeavour to provide you with your medical records as soon as possible.
