Sick notes
For less than a week off work we do not issue certificates: you must self-certificate.

If you are off work for more than seven days you will need to see the doctor for a certificate.

It is possible for the Doctors/Nurse Practitioner to back date a sick note if you are unable to make an appointment on the day your current certificate runs out and have to see them at a later date.
