How to Treat Minor Illness Yourself
Many minor illnesses can be treated by yourself without having to go
to the trouble of making an appointment and seeing the doctor.
Please refer to the booklet “what should I do?” you may have a copy,
if not ask for one at the Enquiries desk.
There may be leaflets you can read about different illnesses,
conditions and treatments, or organisations you can contact. If you
are interested please ask your GP.
